Every piece is sourced from trusted suppliers and quality-checked before dispatch. Items listed as certified come with documentation from recognized institutions such as GIA or GIT, along with complete material information for every piece.

For in-stock items, our team packs and ships within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 1–2 days in Bangkok and 2–4 business days nationwide. Custom or resized pieces may take 5–14 business days depending on complexity.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt if the item doesn't match your order, has a manufacturing defect, or is due to a store error. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with complete packaging. Custom or altered pieces are non-returnable unless there's a store-side error.

We support bank transfer (Krungthai, SCB, Kasikorn, Bangkok Bank), PromptPay QR, credit/debit cards, and installment plans via LINE BK or Krungsri First Choice for orders of ฿3,000 and above.

Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear and store each piece separately in its box or pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and chemicals. For deep cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft-bristle brush, then dry thoroughly. You can also bring your piece to us for a complimentary clean under warranty.

All pieces carry a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of receipt, covering inspection, cleaning, and minor repairs at no charge. Select or premium collection pieces come with up to 1-year warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, natural wear, or unauthorized alterations.
